- Candidates for 1-3 must have at least good first degrees in any discipline but with proven ability to report and analyse issues. They must be go-getters with highly analytical minds and the newsman’s instinct for news. The right candidates must show demonstrable flair for writing and ability to work with minimal supervision. They must understand the economic polices of government, Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), NEPAD, multilateral agencies and financial institutions. While experience in medial work is good, emphasis is however on dexterity, delivery and ability to go extra mile.
- Circulation Executives must be conversant with the techniques of newspaper circulation. Good first degree in relevant fields is an advantage but emphasis is on experience garnered from reputable newspaper out its.
- Marketing Executives must have good marketing drive and ability to draw up projects that realizable. Good knowledge of the media industry is essential particularly in similar positions.
