The main responsibility of the job is to ensure that statutory accounts of the company and its subsidiaries and related financial reporting complies fully with the Nigerian Accounting Standards as well as IFRS and USGAAP for group reporting. Key accountabilities include:- Managing a team of Finance Professionals, with close working relationship with operations. Highest quality completion of statutory and internal audits requirements. Ensuring that the company complies with all the Nigerian Accounting Standards and other statutory Regulations. Ensuring that the company reports Group Accounts in line with IFRS and USGAAP.

Must be specialised as a Financial Reporting Manager having experience in a multinational with large sized multi location business unit. Must be working with one of the 4 Audit firms with strong Knowledge of accounting standards. Possess minimum of 5 to 6 years managerial work experience, out of which at least 3 should be as independent, in-charge of financial reporting. Have B.Sc Accounting and ICAN. Additional professional degrees in related field will be an advantage. Be proactive in accounting matters with strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
