Credit Controller, Production Team Leader, Production Line Operator/Technician Needed

A multinational company in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) market has the following vacancies to fill.

1. Position: Credit Controller (Asst Mgr. Position)

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Managing Accounts Receivable
• Release of orders
• Sales reporting
• Updating of customers accounts:-
• Collections
• Rebates
• Invoices
• Returns And Other Credit Notes
• Calculation of rebates
• Credit limits enforcement
• Be able to work with teams in sales/supply/marketing
• Preparation of daily reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. Accounting with ACA.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Versatile in the use of Microsoft office and exposure to an enterprise system (JDE or any other) an advantage

2. Position: Production Team Leader

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Implement approved manning level for efficient line operation (OEE>=75%)
• Raise material requisition based on the approved work order and ensure timely supply to the line.
• Direct full responsibility for achievement of KPIs for the line operation.
• Investigate all loss areas(material, efficiency etc), develop and implement action plan to fix the losses
• Ensure product quality are as per defined quality standards and consistent compliance with manufacturing standards within team
• Timely completion of all relevant production documentation (batch records, production report, Material utilisation report, Operating Log).
• Participate in Regular maintenance of Production equipment
• Direct responsibility for selection, coaching, feedback and development of production personnel.
• Overall responsibility for the welfare and discipline within team.
• Direct responsibility for safety and security of personnel, facilities and equipment in work area.
• Lead problem solving within team by creating an open team based working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Trade test in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from recognised institution
• 4 years practical experience in Production operation, preferably in an FMCG
• Must be computer literate

3. Position: Production Line Operator/Technician

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery at optimum efficiency(OEE>=75%) as per start-up and shut-down procedure
• Carry out maintenance inspection and execute assigned maintenance activity on schedule
• Timely update of the line operating log book.
• Ensure consistent compliance with applicable job safe practices in area of work.
• Ensure product quality is as per defined quality standards and consistent compliance with manufacturing standards
• Maintain high level of discipline in work area.
• Participate in problem -solving within team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Trade test in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from recognised institution with 2 years practical experience in Production operation or engineering, preferably in an FMCG.
