The Association of Women Living with HIV and AIDS in Nigeria (ASWHAN) is looking for a temporary member of staff to assist them develop their capacity to manage a large donor founded programme. The post is offered on one year contract. It is an ideal secodment opportunity for someone working for an international agency who would like to contribute to the development of an indigenous NGO.
Our ideal person should have a BSC or HND in Accounting or Business Administration. Professional qualification such as ICAN is a must. The person must have significant experience of managing contracts from donors such as USAID. Must be able to support the development of financial management and compliance systems in a small organization; must be able to train and mentor staff; must be able to assist the management for small grants program; must be computer literate and must be committed to supporting the cause of people living with People HIV and AIDS in Nigeria.
