Description : QUALITY MANAGER - Urgently required

My client is a market leader in there industry, Global Telco Infrastructure, whom currently require a Quality Manager on a permanent basis in Nigeria. Candidates must have a good Quality background and the following skills.

Requirements / Competencies
Knowledge:
•A degree holder in an engineering related discipline
•Has a good understanding of the implementation process for ISO 9001:2000 Quality Systems
•Working experience in ISO 9001:2000 standard
•Trained to Lead Auditor's level or its equivalent.
•Familiar with the common Quality techniques used in business.

Problem solving capability:
•Ability to analyse Quality data to identify trends, establish performance against target and identify corrective / preventive actions.
•Carry out Quality investigations to determine corrective / preventive actions for future.
•Generate ideas and recommendations for improvement of the business practices

Personal attributes:
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Good analytical and presentation skills.
•A team player.
•Able to make decisions and work under own initiative to deliver results in the required timescales.
•PC literate with at least a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
•Persuasive, persistent and enthusiastic in achieving the end objective.
•A thorough approach to detail.
