The Role: Marketing Manager
The successful candidate for this role would be required:
*To create strong brand image for PZ products.
*To increase market share of PZ products.
* To create a competitive edge with PZ products in the FCMG industry.
* To sustain and increase visibility of PZ products.
* To increase gross margin growth through short and long term marketing strategies.
* To achieve and deliver overall budgeted profitability by growing and sustaining brand management.
* To explore and exploit new markets opportunities for PZ brands.
* To develop, build and maintain business relationships with key partners and departments.
* To manage team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring developmental needs are identified and actioned.
* To help create long term strategies for the business and the brands under their control.
The Person:
The right candidate for this job must:
* Possess B.A. Honours in any commercial field; minimum of second class lower division.
* An MBA or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
* Have at least 5 - 12 years minimum marketing experience gained in blue chip FMCG companies.
* Be between 30 and 40 years old.
* Possess strong analytical and presentation skills.
* Be an outstanding communicator with clear interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Be an outstanding leader with the ability to build teams and gather support across business functions.
* Be competitive, pushy and have a "want to win" mentality.
* Be organized, energetic and self-motivated.
* Be willing to make tough decisions and provide leadership on projects
* Be willing to challenge status quo and engage in debate at Board Level.

Head of Logistics
All Business Units - Lagos
The Role: Head of Logistics
· Reduce working capital
· Oversee production planning for all sites and ensure improved stock availability whilst maintaining agreed stock levels.
· Restructure C&F operations to ensure improvement towards 14 day delivery goal
· Integrate export operations into department & ensure customer expectations are met
· Increase local purchase content by overseeing transition of agreed imported items.
· Establish direct import capability
· Integrate and optimise value from supply sites, including assessment of outsourcing.
THE PERSON
* Must be 35-44 years old
* Must possess a B.Sc. Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or other numerate discipline with a minimum of 2nd Class lower
* Should have between 10 -14 years experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or
Distribution Services Management; must have significant operational experience in supply negotiation, Production Planning and/or Purchasing for production operations.
* Should be familiar with stock control techniques and issues
* Must have some experience of MRPII techniques and systems.
* Should possess a detailed knowledge of vendor management principles and practices together with the rules, regulations and practices pertaining to purchasing in Nigeria
* Must have detailed knowledge of the company’s manufacturing operations & capabilities together with knowledge of other elements of the supply chain and how they interact with each other.
* Should possess a detailed knowledge of Mfg/Pro as a manufacturing-planning tool.
* Should have a detailed knowledge of the company’s portfolio of materials and suppliers together with the understanding of rules, regulations and practices pertaining to importing from sources all over the world..
* Must be highly computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
* Must possess excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
* Must be able to deal effectively with staff, colleagues and suppliers and have a diplomatic, culturally sensitive and customer focused style
