Job Title: Business Analyst S&D

Department: Sales and Distribution

Location: Lagos

Job Description:


* Conduct a requirement analysis

This may involve identifying business needs / project opportunities; and / or auditing existing policies, procedures, practices and technology


* Develop / document / enhance business processes

Continually find ways to streamline PPP’s and align them to international best practice


* Conduct research and development

- Develop, coordinate, manage and conduct research studies
- Make use of a number of research techniques (such as surveys)
- Study guidelines for projects prepared by the Infrastructure Planning Manager to outline research procedures to be followed
- Plan research schedule according to a variety of research methods to be used, availability and quantity of resources, and number of people assigned to participate in the project
- Discuss findings with other project team members to evaluate validity of findings
- Ensure integrity of information collected, stored, shared or reported
- Ensure all documents is captured into knowledge Repository

Job Conditions: May be required to work extended hours

Reporting To: Project Manager

Required Skills:


* At least 3 years general business experience, including 2-4 years formal business analysis and 1-2 years automated function process and data modeling experience
* Business analysis experience in customer care
* Enterprise resources planning preferably
* Telecommunications experience preferably
* Good Knowledge in qualitative research (primary research; desk research through database, internet etc)

Employment Status : Permanent

Qualification: B. Sc / H.N.D in any related field
