Reporting to the Managing Director the Divisional Manager Public Health will be responsible for establishing and growing an exciting new line of business centred on public health activities, including fumigation and sanitation services. You will have played a leading role in a start up operation and have a proven background in establishing franchised operations and related marketing and PR activities on a national scale. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to influence at all levels from governmental and NGO channels to local entrepreneurs seeking partnership and support. Exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen are a given, as is ambition and an unwavering belief in the shared-vision we have for the business. Technical Skills and Qualifications - Educated to degree level, probably with further professional qualifications. Advanced marketing and PR skills. Detailed understanding of franchise operations and systems. Experience - Successful tendering for major contracts in the government and NGO sector. Experience in start up operations and building new teams. Proven sales and business development experience. Exceptional marketing and publicity management experience. Overseas experience, preferably in Africa , highly desirable. Personal Qualities - Inspirational Manager. Strong inter-personal skills. Persuasive and able to engage people`s interest.
