Job Description:
Responsibilities

# Responsible for coordination of import and export consignments. Primary focus will be on imports and improving the lead times on imports in a compliant manner.



# Responsible for maintaining customs documentation import and export records, and will be expected to contribute to successful passing of external and internal document audits.

# Responsible for the daily liaison between Vetco and its appointed import agent in Nigeria.

# Responsible for ensuring that the Vetco compliance programme is strictly followed and that all shipping activities are processed in accordance with the Vetco Code of Conduct and compliance programme. Also in accordance with local and international laws. Shipments will also have to be processed in accordance with Vetco - Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and the logistics Cordinator will need to demonstrate that these procedures are being closely followed.

Qualifications

# Minimum of a University Degree with 2 - 4 years working experience in a Logistics or Freight forwarding company out of which applicant is expected to have 3 years hands on customs documentation control experience.
