A. ENTRY LEVEL VACANCIES
1. TELLERS (Ref: TL)
Job Profile
To provide efficient and courteous teller services to customers in the processing of over-the-counter payments to customers as well as receiving cash and cheque deposits.
Job Requirements
Minimum lower credit in Ordinary National Diploma
Good Customer servicel relationship management skills.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS (Ref: CSO)
Job Profile
To ensure the effective administration of the bank's customer service strategies at the branch level.
Job Requirements
Minimum second class lower degree or upper credit HND
Good Customer services relationship management skills.

3. FUNDS TRANSFER OFFICERS (Ref: FT)
Job Profile
To ensure the accurate processing and maintenance records of non-cash transactions which involve funds movement.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2.2 degree or upper credit HND in a numeric field
Possession of the following skills/knowledge would provide an added advantage:
Good understanding of banking operations procedures and products (Domestic & International Operations).
Good accounting knowledge.
Good transaction processing & documentation
Good communication (oral & written).
Financial analysis/interpretation

B. EXPERIENCED HIRE VACANCIES
1. CASH OFFICERS (Ref: CO)
Job Profile
To supervise the teller line as well as provide and ensure a high quality of customer service for banking customers.
Job Requirements
Minimum of Degree (2.2) or HND (upper credit)
1-3 years branch operations experience
Good knowledge of accounting
Good customer services relationship management
Good transaction processing skills
Supervisory skills

2. RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS (Ref: RD)
Job Profile
To acquire new business, retain customer within assigned territory and establish/maintain relationships with customers, businesses and service organizations to promote goodwill and develop new business relationships for the bank.
Job Requirements
Minimum of Degree (2.2) or HND (upper credit)
1-2 years post NYSC experience in sales/marketing in a target-driven and successful commercial bank, insurance firm, etc.
Marketing and selling skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Goad credit skills
Excellent analytical skills

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS (Ref: CSM)
Job Profile
To ensure quality customer service delivery through the provision of efficient and effective branch operations, while ensuring conformity with the bank's laid down procedures and guidelines.
Job Requirements
Minimum of Degree (2.2) or HND (upper credit)
3 - 5 years post NYSC experience in branch operations
Good knowledge of accounting
Excellent customer service capabilities
Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Good Oral & Written communication skills
Excellent administrative skills
Documentation and process management skills

4. RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS (Ref: RM)
Job Profile
To pursue the achievement of branch revenue targets, the development and retention of customer relationships to promote goodwill and develop new business relationships for the bank.
Job Requirements
Minimum of Degree (2.2) or HND (upper credit)
3 - 5 years marketing experience in a target driven and successful bank
Good knowledge of the local commercial banking market
Marketing and selling skills
Oral and written communication skills
Good credit skills and excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of the business development and customer retention process.

5. BRANCH MANAGER (Ref: BM)
Job Profile
To ensure the execution of the defined marketing and revenue targets.
To establish, develop and manage customer relationships to ensure continual growth of the bank share of target markets.
Job Requirements
Minimum of Degree (2.2) or HND (upper credit)
6-8 years post NYSC experience from target-driven commercial banks
At least 2 years of running a profitable branch
Good knowledge of local commercial banking market
Oral and written communication skiills
Good credit skills
Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
