Requirement and Qualification
1.1 ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS (CONUASS 6)
Candidates should possess at least a good B.A degree in French
French Linguistics with a min. of 2nd class (lower), A master’s degree in addition to a Ph.D in Linguistics/Didactics.
Must have no less than nine (9) years cognate experience in the University environment. Must have evidence of ample publications in recognized journals an ability to lead research.
1.2 SENIOR LECTURERS (CONUASS 5)
Candidates must have a Ph.D in Linguistics
Didactics with at least 6 years teaching experience in tertiary institution with evidence of ample publications in recognized journals and ability to lead research.
1.3 LECTURERS II (CONUASS 3)
Candidates must have a Ph.D in French/Linguistics or a good 1st degree in French/Linguistics, in addition to a Master’s degree in same field with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience. A Ph.D will be an added advantage.

Requirement and Qualification
2.1 GUIDANCE COUNSELLOR
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in French Education
Guidance counselling. Cognate experience of not less than 5 years in administration will be an added advantage.
2.2 BILINGUAL SECRETARIES
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
(i) B.A. in French plus certificate in Graduate Secretaryship from a recognised training institution with a pass at 120/60 WPM in speedwriting or shorthand and typewriting.
(ii) HND in Bilingual Secretarial Studies including a pass at 120 and 60 WPM in speed writing or shorthand and typewriting respectively, with 3 years post qualification cognate experience and evidence of proficiency in French up to Module III (NFLV Certificate) or Diploma in French (NFLV) or other recognised equivalents.
2.3 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS II
Candidates for this position must be computer literate and should possess a Bachelor’s degree in French with a min. of 2nd class (lower) from a recognised university.
2.4 HIGHER HOUSE KEEPERS
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
(i) Certificate of City & Guide of London Institute of Catering, Trade Basic Training No. 147 and in Cookery for Hotels and Catering establishments (No. 150 and 151) with 3 years post qualification experience. Proficiency in French is required.
(ii) Certificate of the Institute of Housekeeping and Catering of the Institutional Management’s Association with proficiency in French (either Certificate Module III or Diploma
(iii) OND in Hotel Keeping and Catering with 3 years post qualification experience plus Certificate Module III or Diploma
(iv) NCE in French plus any relevant experience of at least 3 years.
2.5 CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARIES II
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
(i) ND in Secretarial studies plus SSCE or GCE (O/L) with 5 credits including English Language and Mathematics plus 3 years post qualification experience.
Demonstrable competence in French.
(ii) RSA/Civil Service Training School Certificate in Shorthand and Typewriting at 120 and 60 w.p.m. respectively in addition to other prescribed subjects, plus 6 years posy qualification experience. Demonstrable competence in French is mandatory.

4.1 PHARMACIST
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with at least 2nd class lower division and registered with the Pharmacist Registration Board of Nigeria (PRBN), plus at least 3 years post registration cognate experience. Computer literacy and working knowledge of French are added advantages.
4.2 MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
(i) Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science plus at least 1 year post qualification cognate experience.
(ii) Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science plus at least 3 years post qualification cognate experience.
4.3 NURSING SISTERS/NURSING SUPERINTENDENTS
Candidates who must be duly registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) should have NRN/NRM registration for female applicants or NRN and any other relevant qualification for male applicants. Working knowledge of French is desirable.
4.4 MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Candidates should possess WASC, GCE, SSC in addition to successful completion of a three-year training in a recognised institution and registered with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology of Nigeria for Technician cadre. Knowledge of French will be an added advantage.

5.1 SENIOR SECURITY OFFICERS
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
(i) An Ex-Assistant Superintendent of Police with at least 6 years experience or
(ii) An Ex-Inspector of Police with 9 years experience or
(iii) University graduate with five o’ level credits plus police training with 3 years experience.
Working knowledge of French is desirable
5.2 PRINCIPAL INTERNAL AUDITOR
The candidate for this position must possess the basic qualification of GCE O’Level or its equivalent with 5 years credits including English & Mathematics. He/She should be a chartered Accountant with a good honours degree or HND in Accounting, plus 8 years post qualification. Computer literacy is compulsory while knowledge of French is desirable.

Candidates must possess five (5) credit including English and Mathematics with NCE in either Maths or English Language or any Science subject and must be ready to teach all subjects in primary school. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The same as applicable in Nigerian Universities, Senior Staff, especially those in the Academic Departments, will undergo short-term training in France (from time to time)
