Training Service Manager Wanted

Our firm is a fast growing Training and Consultancy firm, with core competence in Transportation, logistics, Maritime, information Technology and financial solution support services.
We have urgent requirements for the position of a Training Service Manager
Report to the lead consultant/COO
Responsibilities

• Providing management, development and marketing training operations of the organization.
• Design /conduct/evaluate and summaries Training Need Analysis and translate results into viable programs and modules.
• Plan,organize and direct wide range of Training activities.
• Develop strategic training budget to support organizational objectives
• Manage the delivery of training programs
• Apply competency-based hiring approach
• Co-ordinate the marketing of training and educational services

Requirements

• Graduate of any social science, humanities or management courses
• Membership of relevant professional body is an advantage I.e. CIPM, NITAD and others.
• Good computer literacy

Skills

• Presentation/facilitation/supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Can work independently
• Familiar with international training standard
• Possess valid drvers national license
