Manager - Quality Control
Qualification
M. Sc/HND/B.Sc in Pure Chemistry
Minimum of 10 -15 years as Q. C. Manage in Pharmaceutical formulation unit.
Familiar with handling of sophisticated laboratory HPLC and IR instrument
Responsibility
Overall supervision of quality control
Run quality checks on all raw material and finished products
Report to the Factory Manager

Production Pharmacist
Qualification

• Graduate in Pharmacy - Registered with the PCN
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in formulations of liquid orals, tabletting, capsules and infusions.
• Candidates must have experience in mass production lines and operate under CGMPenvironment and have a proven record of stringent quality standards.
• Fresh Pharmacy graduate can also apply.

Responsibility

• Production planning
• Execution of production target set
• Training of personnel on production
• Quality analysis and assurance
• Liaise with Production Manager to ensure production standards are maintained
• Report to factory manager

Production Supervisors
Qualification

• Graduate /HND - Pure Chemistry, Pharmacy Technician course
• Relevant experience with all production process equipment in pharmaceutical manufacturing unit is required.
• Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing (blendind, granulation, compression) and packaging equipment, and preventive maintainance is essential
• Proven track record of quality delivery is a must

Responsibility

• Supervising production lines assigned
• Training of personnel on production standards and processes
• Floor staff supervision and training
• Report to Production Manager

Mechanical Engineers
Qualification

• B.Eng /HND/B TECH Mechanical
• Minimum 2 years industrial experience in the pharmaceutical formulation industry
• Thorough knowledge of all utilities such as 3Ton Steam Boilers, 500KVA Generators, ancillaries, Air Handling Units, HVAC Systems, and water treatment plants
• Knowledge of computers and spare parts management essential

Responsibilities

• Mechanical maintainance of all utilities in the plant
• Spare parts inventory management
• Preventive maintainance of all machineries and utilities
• Repot to Maintainance Manager.

Electrical Engineer
Qualification

• B.E/HND/B. Tech Electrical
• Minimum 20years experience in Pharmaceutical formulation industry and expertise in electrical systems, air handling units, HVAC Systems, Ht Panels, Transformers
• Additional experience for preventive and breakdown maintainance for other normal pharmaceutical plant and equipment is a must.

• Electrical maintenance of all utilities in the plant
• Spare parts inventory management
• Preventive maintenance of all machineries and utilities
• Report to Maintainance Manager

Maintenance Engineer
Qualification

• ND / B.E/ HND/B. Tech in the field of Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 - 15 years experience in pharmaceutical formulation industry

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of utilities
• Spare part inventory management
• Exposure to engineering utilities such as high Capacity Generator, Air Compresssor, Boiler. HVAC and Air Handling Systems
• Report to Maintenance Manager.
