Reporting to the Managing Director
Requirements
To provide leadership and support in all human resource issues within the organization
To ensure implementation of organization’s HR strategy, policies and operational plans.
To provide leadership and support for all administrative functions

Person Specification
A good first degree
A Masters degree is an added advantage
Minimum 4 years in similar role with emphasis on policy development, performance management and staff development
Not more than 35 years old

2. ANALYST, ASSET MANAGEMENT (LOCATION: LAGOS)
Reporting to the Head, Asset Management
Requirements
Co-ordinate the management of funds and portfolios
Business and Product Development.

Person Specification
A good university degree
Chartered Stockbroker (or at least stage II)
A masters or any other recognized profession qualification (e.g. CFA) is an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
Not more than 35 years old

3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (PUBLIC SECTOR) REF: PW03 (LOCATION LAGOS) reporting to the Head, asset Management.
Requirements
To identify and develop business for the organization within the public sector.

A god university degree/ HND
ACA, ICAN, CIS of CFA (ongoing or completed )
A Masters degree is an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role

Requirements

reporting to the Head of Investment Banking
Requirement
To package capital issues on behalf of clients
Offer advise on investments and capital market issues
