1. HEAD ADMIN/ HUMAN CAPITAL
To oversee all the Administrative and human capital functions of entire group.
Ability to effectively liaise with different functional business areas in a cross functional organization.
Manpower planning in line with business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
A first degree in any Social Science Discipline and an MBA
Other professional qualifications will be required
Have at least 10 years cognate working experience in this field
Be between the ages of 35 and 45 years
Must have demonstrated leadership abilities
Superb strategic business planning and organizing skills are musts
He/She must be pro-active, team player, problem solver, able to work with tight lead times and under high pressure.
Experience in the maritime industry will be an added a advantage

2. SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR/INFORMATION SPECILIST
Implement in-house developed solutions
Maintenance of SQL database
Resolve operational problems as they arise and maintain a log of all faults
Periodically, evaluate available systems in use and component unit on approval, necessary implementations to resolve issues and improve generally

QUALIFICATIONS
B.SC/HND Computer Science
Minimum of 8 years experience on the field
Certification in MCSE, CCNA, OCP will be an added advantage
This post will be that of an Assistant Manager reporting to the Group Head, IT.

3. IT SUPERVISOR
Supervise the Hardware / Infrastructure delivery and distribution
Supervise Hardware maintenance (Ad-Hoc, Routine & Emergency)
Training of End users on network issues e.g change of addresses, etc
Installation and information systems development

QUALIFICATIONS
Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
Network configuration, Hardware installation, system trouble shooting and programming
Certification Network +, A+, CCNA will be an added advantage.

This post will be that of a Senior Supervisor reporting to Group Head, IT.

4. MARKETING OFFICER:
Source for new customers
Maintain effective existing customers allocated to him/her
Gather intelligence marketing information on competitors
Write activity report as and when due
Prepare a comprehensive plan to achieve result
Any other duty that may be assigned to him / her by the line manager

QUALIFICATIONS
B.Sc / HND in any Social Science Discipline
At least 3 years working experience in a corporate environment
Very good interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work with minimum supervision

This officer report to the line Manager Marketing / Corporate Affairs

5. SENIOR OFFICER, SURVEY /CLAIMS
Damage Survey in case of accident
Draft survey on bulk cargo to ascertain the tonnage
Unstuffing of Groupage
Cumulative container / Vessel survey
Investigation and processing of Claims

QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
Relevant professional training / qualification
Minimum of 3 years experience

6.. CIVIL ENGINEER
Planning, design and supervision of approved infrastructural developments, maintenance of physical structures and follow ups to management and government approvals and licenses.

QUALIFICATIONS
B.Sc / HND Civil Engineering
Membership of Coren NSE
At least 10 years working experience
Team player with people management, supervisory and co-ordination/ organization skills, proactive, target driven with a flare for details.
